What is a multi-site church?
A multi-site church is essentially one church that meets in various locations called campuses or sites. Each site has a campus pastor who is the team leader and advocate for that site. The senior pastor will serve the Norfolk campus and preach in all locations on the weekends.
All campuses share one vision, minister under one eldership and operate with one budget. A multi-site church has the unique benefit of the resources of a large church, but also the decentralized ministry of a smaller church. Multi-site churches are becoming more and more common across the nation.
